The MAC series simply features today’s best analogue components available in the market. The circuit boards of the MAC series have been designed with the latest generation of Surface Mounting Technology (SMD). The line faders are 60mm high-end professional slide potentiometers. Last but not least, the MAC series employs an oversized internal power supply providing the best sound dynamics and rating the most excellent signal/noise ratio.
6+1 kanaals met 13 inputs
Input sensibility control for each channel with ±20 dB adjustment range, GAIN
Assignable Talkover with efficiency and recovery time controls.
Independent balance control for each output and mono/stereo switch, L+R.
3 band EQ for each channel with –20dB to +10 dB adjustment range on channels 1 to 3 +AUX and from CUT to +10 on all other channels
Pre-Listening function with headphones volume control and monitoring possibility through the CUE output (with dedicated volume control) and an external amplifier.
Assignable Talkover function with efficiency and recovery time controls.
Phantom power supply for condenser microphones, general ON/OFF switch on front panel and individual internal settings.
Dual VU-Meter
o The left VU-Meter displays the prefader level of the channels which have the PFL switch activated or the main mix level when none of the PFL switches is activated.
o The right VU-Meter displays the signal level of the output selected in the section below it. If none of these switches is activated, the main mix level will be displayed. Inputs: 3 PHONO, 4 HIGH LINE (high level line for compact discs, DAT, MP3 players), 3 LOW LINE, AUX IN and MIX; plus 2 inputs ready for balanced mics.
Outputs: 2 OUT Outputs with independent volume control (OUT 1 balanced), two REC outputs and one CUE output.
ECLER Cross-fader: Modular, removable fader with VCA circuit. Channels 1, 3 and 5 can be assigned via the XFA switch to the A side of the cross-fader. An analogue XFB switch at the even channels 2, 4 and 6 assign these signals to side B of the cross-fader. In any case, when these switches are not activated, the signals are directly assigned to the main MIX bus.
Inputs and outputs
The MAC 70v is a 6+1 channel 19 inch mixer with 13 different inputs: 3 PHONO
4 H-LINE (high lines for CD, DAT or MP3 players)
3 L-LINE (low lines for tape, samplers...)
2 MIC
The MAC 70v includes the following outputs: OUT1 balanced
OUT2
CUE
REC1
REC2
Total sound control
Each channel is equipped with independent GAIN control with ±20dB adjustment range, as well as a powerful 3 band tone control ranging from -20dB to 10 dB on channels 1 to 5/3, and from CUT to +10dB on all other channels.
MAC series mixers are also equipped with phantom power supply for condenser microphone (including individual internal ON/OFF settings) and assignable TALKOVER function with EFFICIENCY and RECOVERY time controls.
Flexible monitoring
Each channel is also equipped with pre-listening function (PFL) for headphones monitoring, which can be also done through the CUE output (with dedicated volume control) and an external amplifier.
A dual VU-Meter displays on the left prefader level of the channels which have the PFL switch activated or the main mix level when none of the PFL switches is activated, and on the right the signal level of the output selected in the section below it. If none of these switches is activated, the main mix level will be displayed.
There is independent Balance for each channel and L+R switch for summing both stereo signals.
VCA crossfader
The MAC 70v features the ECLER removable modular VCA crossfader. Channels 1, 3 and 5 can be assigned via the XFA switch to the A side of the crossfader. An analogue XFB switch at the even channels 2, 4 and 6 assign these signals to side B of the crossfader. In any case, when these switches are not activated, the signals are directly assigned to the main MIX bus.
