Check the tempo at a glance with individual BPM counter displays for channel
1 and 2. You get automatic "beats per Minute" for virtually all types of dance
music, from any source?CD, turntable, or DAT.
There's individual Low, Mid and High equalization for each channel with an exceptional
wide range of adjustment: -26dB- +12dB. With this adjustment range you can use
it as a "Kill Switch", widening the scope for creative mixing.
Connecting the DJM-300 to the CDJ-500 Series enables you to take advantage of
the fader Start Play. Increasing the Fader (or Cross Fading) on the mixer automatically
releases the pause control of the player, starting the music immediately.
This handy function makes sound-source monitoring more convenient and flexible
than ever, by allowing you to switch easily between all-channel stereo, all-channel
mixed stereo, and all-channel left/right distributed monitoring. (See Spec)
With Gain a for each channel, you have input access for either a phono or a
CD, DAT, etc.
There are separate controls or each channel to adjust differences in signal
levels. This function is called 'Gain' on mixers of other brands.
A volume control is provided for the microphone, with a separate EQ for tonal
adjustment.
The dual-purpose Peak Level Meter can be switched to monitor the master output
level or alternatively the left meter can show the channel 1 signal while right
meter shows the channel 2 signal.
The CDJ-300S is the same depth as the CDJ-500S CD turntable-perfect for DJ's
on the move. There is also a Pioneer Flightcase available for 2 CDJ-500s and
a DJM-300(s).
Because of the demand from the market, the DJM-300 is available in 2 colors.
The Silver model (DJM-300s) matches the colour of the CDJ-100s, DMP-555, CMX-5000
and CDJ-800
For a very versatile way to pre-listen to the mixer there are 3 buttons on the
left of the mixer to select just that sound that YOU really want or need to
