the reason i chose the denons over the pioneer is that there more durable but dont get me wrong i still have a pair of pioneer hdj1000 and sedj5000
what i need more and i already ordered it is the pioneer efx 1000 should be geting it any day now
the reason that i got the white mac, well there are 2 reasons i got an amazing deal on it saved a few hundred dollars 2nd one of the place i spin at has a white booth so i just looks nicer..lol
as for midi no i dont controll midi with the djm 800 i have 2 other midi controllers that i use
getting back to the denon headphone i like them they are very loud and durable something to look for in headphone but i noticed that they bather my ears after a few hours of playing with them witch the pioneer dont but that is just my opinion
