thanks all for comments and praise !

rotary kit can be unbuild within 15 minutes.
mixing with the knobs is very smooth.

mostly i use cd player with traktor scratch and turntables for real vinyl.

regards

sascha

very very very very nice boooth! its beautiful, the best of cd players combinated with the best of turntables. Perhaps a efx1000 wont stand wrong but this is fine. Have fun with it!
Flag EloidELot wrote on 25-05-2008 00:11

Dream set as it were! And a good music-style to finish it off Cry

what type of medium do you prefer CD or Vinyl?

I see you've got TS and 2 cdj's + 2 Turntables
=> do you use all these decks in Traktor?
=> do you have them solely for that purpose? or do you play regular vinyl and cd's as well?

worlds most desired setup Happy, laughing

why did you installed the rotary kit on you djm? and what are your experiences with it?
isn't it weird to mix by turning a button instead of using faders?

damm, dreambooth
Flag Sebasz wrote on 25-05-2008 11:27
why rotary?
Flag Xtremer wrote on 25-05-2008 11:38
Very nice booth man! I don't like the rotary's on your DJM, is it not a little bit strange in stead of faders? But it's just a nice boothCry.

Flag Adrien1989 wrote on 25-05-2008 23:44
What are the limitations of the cdj's when you use them with traktor scratch instead of a normal cd? I'm planning to purchase traktor scratch and some 1000's toHappy, laughing. I'm allready using Finalscratch with the 800's.

Nice booth
Flag Adrien1989 wrote on 26-05-2008 00:46
Only the bpm counters not offcourse. But you can use the hotcue's etc? I've used traktor 3 with my finalscratch but that wasn't working very well, I thought cue wasn't working and even master tempo not.
Flag Gery wrote on 26-05-2008 00:19
i've used traktor scratch with cdj 1000 mk3 a couple of times now and everything seems to work. (including vinyl mode, break effect, loops, ...)
