This year’s edition of the world-famous Hed Kandi summer sampler, A Taste of Kandi Summer 2007, is a deliciously stylish selection of Kandi goodness where you can try lots of Kandi flavours in one place and whet the appetite for a summer of sumptuous Kandi delights. We usually prefer to present Kandi music in its full 12” glory, however, this mini-mix has become an institution amongst Kandi followers and is the perfect showcase for our summer activities. Edited into an easy to manage, bite-size collection of highlights from our latest and upcoming full albums and singles, this year’s summer sampler is a little slice of pure Kandi magic!

Sunshine beams from the opening tracks, Miguel Migs So Far, Maxine Hardcastle It’s Gonna Happen, and Seb Leger’s Hypnotised, followed by ASBO’s Let The Beat Hit ‘em which has Ibiza stamped right through its core. The mood moves from poolside to dancefloor with the help of Booty Luv Shine where Moto Blanco’s polishing makes it even shinier, then Frank Ti-Aya ft. Yardi Don unify the dancefloor with One Love, One World before it’s left at the twisted traffic lights for some dirtier action - DONS Big Fun does exactly what it says on the tin, Byron Stingily’s Get Up (Everybody) makes a welcome return with a Steve Mac re-touch, before Freaks The Creeps cranks up the pressure to boiling point before the epic and expansive Ocean Drums finishes off with spine-tingle vocals from Kandi favourite Kathy Brown on vocals. Yum.
