speeding up technics 1210 mk2 
Hi,is it possible to make technics 1210 mk2's play faster,seen some stuff else where on the net but its not to helpfull!! cheers rob

It's possible but why? If you speed up your technics the market value will be close to 0! No one wants a speeded up SL!
i dont want to speed them to much,i mix hard trance and nu energy and want to play them faster,some of the records are unbeleivable but play to slow to with others

That tutorial is sooooo wrong. The pitch gain isn't benith the platter but it's at the fader itself. The only thing the guy in the movie does is changing the zero setting so you have an non symatric pitch range. The only thing to do this right is to adjust the pot on the fader itself and not by turning the pot that's located benith the platter. It's in the service manual for g*d sake....
