can anyone please tell me if an efx-1000 can be connected to a djm-400Confused?

You can't connect the efx-1000 to a DJM 400.
The 400 have no send/return connectors

you can't connect it to the send return, but you can put it on the master, you'd better download the efx manual on this site or on the site of pioneer, it's all in it

Or if you got 2 EFX-1000's you can put each of them between a cd player and the DJM-400 mixer.

You can connect the EFX between the Master Output of the mixer and the Audio Input of your amplifier or recording device.

You could also connect your CDJ or other cd player to it directly and connect the Output of the EFX to the CD input of the mixer.

hey winston and lead thnx for the help... and how sure you ARE  that it works.... have you try it...? because i have to b e 110% sure that the connection can be possible before buying the efx-1000...

100% sure of my statements (offcourse :D)

All connections are made with RCA/Phono connectors, the same as on the backside of your CD player. In the EFX-1000 you can also put Jack connectors so it shouldn't be a problem anyway.
