i just make a printscreen of Nero burning software when i've selected all of my songs to burn onto CD.
the printscreen goes into MS Paint and i just cut out the tracklist then and paste it in MS word
put something like DJ Luxx house #99 above it and print it out. there's your album cover
the cd just gets a writing on it with a cd maker: DJ luxx house #99

@ luxx... when you use Nero burning software... you can also select "Design covers"... then you can click on "Insert" and then tracklist... that way you get a nice tracklist with the length of every song without the .mp3 stuff etc on it... You have to make sure that you enter the right artist/track name so you get a good cover...

When you use Nero, Nero Cover Designer is really usefull. When a burning proces is completed you can auto generate the tracklist on a specified or self-made cover, so you don't have to create a whole tracklist by yourself.

I don't use label.... to my believe it's not wise to stick something on a CD... it's weight increases so the wear and tear of the spindle motor increases.

I use Photoshop and a template I've created to do the artwork on de CD itself. I use PRINTABLE CD's and don't put the titels on the discs as I've experienced that you don't read it anyway. When a disc is in the drive, you cannot read the printing on itWinking my eye

I use Nere Cover Designer to print covers that I use... Here is a picture of a page in my Cd book :

I use white printable CD's and definitly NO lables, just to clearify it :D :

Imation CD-R printable media

It's not that I find the quality of these disk is extremly good, as it's just average. 1 or 2 out of the spindle give an error while burning and 1 or 2 more will probably give a read error, but that are average numbers that count for most 50 CD spindles I use.

What I like most on these discs is that the printable area goes on the the center hole of the CD. Most other discs stop half a centimeter earlier, leaving a more open gap in the center...

And because I have a backup on my computer of all CD's I don't really care if a disc fails.... I throw it away after the gig and reburn it.

I just stopped labeling, 'cause it was a bit to anoying and a bit to much work to do it good. This seems to be the perfect way!

The only thing I'm curious about is: how do you print these things? Can you use a normale printer?
