no i think you have a cdj 200 because you opend a topic about it only the cdj 800 and 1000 have schratch options on the cdj 200 is its just a jog wheel to find a place in the track you are playing

yes y have cdj200.... y mean y dont need scrach but with jog wheel y cannot find a place in track while the track is not playing and when its playing its hard to find a start (bass)

Welcome leblebija all the way from Belgrade.

First your manual should have told you something.

You surely will not be able to set a cue point (=place in the track) while the player is stopped. That is universal on every cd player.

Just hit the play button and then pause. Then you can use the jog dial to search for your cue point. Hit the cue button and a cue point is set.

To not open another topic i want to ask something here.
Can i use Cue Point,Pitch bends and other things with VBR Mp3s,and Mp3 with exact kbps like 320kbps?
Or i need CBR only?If dont in what other formats i must write cds?
Thanks..

Yes, i think so, because it is a MP3 player, only the CDJ would be a little slower i think!

I prefer cd format on cd player even if the original file is mp3. But the new cd/mp3 players can also handle any mp3 format without any loss of a function.

Note: the CDJ200 DOESN'T read vbr!

CDJ-200 DOES read VBR only some features do not work.

I would advise to use CBR MP3's or simply burn regular audio CD's to play (as I do aswell)
