Amsterdam music shops

   

Hi, i'm Rex an italian dj, next week i will be in amsterdam, i would ask to everybody if someone can help me to find a Records shop in Amsterdam where i can buy some cds,
if it is possible i would buy trance cds, dance cds, eurodance cds, of the present and of the past .... DANCE MUSIC IT'S MY LOVE ...

Mid-Town has some CD's I think. You can find the Mid-town shop on the Nieuwedijk.

Yup, just as Kevin said, Mid-Town on the Nieuwedijk. If you are on the Dam, with that big church, you can find it very easy. There are also two "normal" music stores. A Free Record Shop in the begin of the Nieuwedijk and a store named Music Fame?? (not sure) in the begin of the Leidsestraat.

Go to Amsterdam and find the biggest shopping street in the centre, this is the Nieuwedijk. Look closely because at the beginning of the Nieuwendijk (near the station) are several record stores in the smaller alleys. There must be like 5-8 record/CD shops in that area!

Look in the green area. The green arrow is the location of Midtown in Amsterdam center. I'm not completely sure of the exact locations of the other shops, but it gives you a nice afternoon shopping and searching
