It could be a really old PPK song, i remember one of their old songs having such a vocal in it.
But remember, thats a famous speech, it won't be just one song that has it

I worked hard to get that song on radio but the fuckin DJ who was playing on radio dont share anything :S they didnt told me the name
Any way there are a new rnb song with the same vocal :P
