STK is not available in Europe so I can't give an opinion about it. I don't have real experience with either of these mixers, but they are in a certain price range. Please consider that the specs on paper might be different from real performance live-on-stage.
From these brands I would go for ADJ, they have a better service network here.

Maybe the American Audio V4000
1010 Watt @ 4ohms. 799 euro.
Or the American Audio V4001
1090 Watt @ 4ohms. 619 euro
Sounds little bit confusing, but the 4001 is the replacement of the 4000. Both are great amplifiers (if I can trust the pro's

do you use a crosover? if so witch one.
