women covered in black (oil)

I am looking for a track, I don't have the name or artist but what I do have is a description of their musicvideo.

There is a woman, painted in black with red lips, singing the lyrics of the song (it is a dance track, by the way!) At the end of the song, it starts to rain en you'll see a woman who is with, she washes of the black paint, could be oil.

For some reason I always thought the artist was some guy named Robert. But it's not enough to search for on the net.

Please help me out!
