Looking for the correct term of activity

Completely new in this area, I am looking for the correct term which refers to the following activity: having 3 or 4 decks, we separate bass, middle, high and create new live progressive tracks by mixing different vinyls. I can't find any related tutorial on YT because I am not looking for the proper term I think.
