CDJ-200

Motivation:

The Denon had too many functions for a avarage DJ.
Pioneer, simple, easy in use and a outstanding quality!

The scratch on the Denon's are not really for professional use. It's nice but not professional!
The Denon's you have to correct the speed whit a +/- button, on the Pioneers you have a Jog Wheel it's much more easier than the + and - button.

The costs of both CD player are not an issue, they cost about the same!

Correctly, the Denons do have many functions!

I've you ask me! Too many... first learn to mix correctly, then you can go further whit other thing like effects, sampling a.s.o.

I have the denon's for 1 week now and i can say they are really great.
With the denon you can also bend with the jog wheel, not only with the buttons tairip.
I'm also a mixer but there are not to many functions on the denon. You have a double loop and effects. On the pioneer you have also loop buttons.
The denon is also the cheapest. So don't hesitate buy the denon's, you won't regret it.

I know that you kan bent whit the jog wheel only the problem is when you touch the platic disc on top the song stops to play! the plastic disc is too big for the wheel!

On the denon you have more than three effects. You have filters for low, mid and high. You have a nice effect called flanger. And you have also the echo and echo loop. Reverse function + brake function + drag-s function.
Watch the video on the denon website, there you can see the effects and the other functions.
Because it's not easy to explain by this way.

tairip never had that problem that he stops playing. Strange.
maybe the scratch mode was on, so it's normal that he stops playing.
