pioneer cdj-100s dilemma

I keep getting an error message on my window even before the cd is inserted(e -9103) Does anyone know what this means?!
What do you think about pioneer cdj-100s dilemma ??

Waarom lees je dit nu eigenlijk ?
E-9103 Means that there might be something jamming the cd-slot.
Something other than a CD might be inserted in the slot. Or something
inside the slot-in is broken en is jamming the mechanism.
You could also check you manual, somewhere in the back is an overview
of these codes :D
