Pinoneer CDJ 800 MK2 Question / Help?

I was wondering if someone knew the answer to an issue I have...
I've recently purchased a Pinoneer CDJ 800 MK2. When I put a CD in, it plays automatically / right away, everytime. I know that I can wind it back / press the < button and then press >/= (play/pause), and it will cue from there. But - is there anyway I can set it like this so I can to press play...well, to make it play (without having to cue it each time manually)... if that makes sense? Basically I don't want it to play as soon as I put the CD in.
I have a CDJ 1000, and have used other CDJ 800's, and none of them do this?
Any help would be much appreciated!

You have to put your auto cue on...
OK, sorry for being dumb, but how do I do this? Thanks
top left of the black screen part, a button that says timemode/autocue. hold it and autocue turns on
