Musical Influences?Grew up with a mother into motown, funk and disco, a father into jazz and aunt into Pink Floyd and The Beatles, early favorite bands also included KISS and The Clash, Peter Gabriel, then Duran Duran, The Cure, Depeche Mode, and then Wax Trax artists, Play It Again Sam artists and 4ad artists. Brian Eno, Sneaker Pimps, early U2, Meat Beat Manifesto, Jeff Buckley, Elysian Fields are also up there with Vangelis and Prince as well as Michael Jackson. ??History?Started as a drummer and progressed onto other intruments while recording friends and friends of friends. Eventually released Zeitmahl's First Impressions in '91 and saw CMJ chart action with radio play. Shortly after had music licensed for Techno compilations such as the massive selling THIS IS TECHNO which put his name on the map and had him playing huge raves with Josh Wink, Moby, DB, etc. His song "ORGASM" was a worlwide underground dance floor hit and on his own releases sold thousands of records. The next several years saw his work with artists such as Anita Haxsaw, music featured in major films such as Sixth Sense director M. Night Shyamalon's WIDE AWAKE and scoring music for commercials, shorts, the acclaimed A&E Biography tv series as well as creating the FDA cartoon series on NEWGROUNDS.com He has worked with a variety of other artists and companies includingDaniel Ash (Bauhaus, Tones On Tail, Love And Rockets), Donita Sparks (L7), Nigel Richards, David J.
