Hey guys!
I started to transfer music from my pc to cd's... Can you give me some more tips?
I am changing the format of the tracks that i am burning to cd's from mp3 to wav file for better sound quality... But i am little confused about:

1. How do you classify the tracks in your cd wallets? .... by genre, by name of the tracks or by some other criteria?

I will be thankful if someone share his experience Happy, laughing

Cheers, Darshns

What do you think about Creating cd wallet tips? ??

First of all, if you covert the tracks from MP3 to WAV the sound quality will not be better.
Second, you can classify the tracks just how you like. I just burn my CD's and then print a tracklist.

First of all... Thank you for replying me Happy, laughing
So i don't need to convert mp3 tracks, i can just put and burn them??
And what about printing cd covers? Is there some special program for doing that or??
I know that nero burning rom have some option for creating cd covers, but i don't know how to print the name of the tracks to paper directly afer burning cd...
Till now i have burned about 15 cd's... And i am printing the covers in word (maybe you will say this guy is crazy), so i hope that someone will tell me easyer and better way to create cd covers Happy, laughing

@Roov: Once more, Thank you!

audio quality wise, you can only downscale not upscale. its possible to make a good sounding wav sound like a 128kbps track but the opposite is not possible

I used to print my cd covers with word as well, just take a rectangle with the same size as a cd pocket and put your text in that
'George Clinton meeting Kraftwerk in an elevator'

If you have your compilation in Nero, just press printscreen, go to Paint, slice it out and print it, thats how i do it

You can also burn your cd's in Itunes, this is how i do it:

1. Create a playlist with the songs you want to burn on a cd
2. Burn the cd by right-clicking on the playlist -> burn playlist on a disc
3. Then choose your burningspeed ( I normally burn on 2x) and click on audio-cd & check the box 'include cd-text'
4. when the cd is burned go to file i think -> print (or cmd P) and then you have different options to print your tracklist

I too burn discs with itunes, works very good. In Itunes you can easily see how much kbps a song is, you can too change info of a song.

You can export playlist in itunes in different sort of files, if you open it in excel you can easily add and delete track numers and other information.
