Change the total color-scheme.?
Fill up the homepage with interesting facts, right now its just an empty space which ain't very attractive.
Pictures on your homepage could be interesting as well.
The height of your header is way to big and it fades in the background on the sides. Make it 2 seperated things.
Also, try to fix your site in a smaller frame, now you have a scrollbar because of your facebook and you twitter announcements on the side. I think you need to move them to your social tab and instead of those 2 things you should put some photo's or something. Or maybe a small schedule of your month with your gigs and events.
