I know alot of DJ's will not play out with tracks less than 320kbps, but what about VBR tracks? I thought that VBR tracks are sometimes beter in quality than constant bitrate tracks? or is that wrong?
What do you think about Varied Bitrate ??

VBR means nothing more then Various Bit Rate. e.g. it can consist of parts of 128kps, 320kpbs and 192 kbps. it's possible that some parts have a higher?bit-rate then 320 kbps, or that the entire song has a higher bit-rate then 320kpbs. however there's no way to be absolutly sure about that! also, if you buy your music, it's usualy CBR (Continouos bit-rate), so you won't have the problem of not knowing if the entire song has a bit-rate that is high enough to play. hope this helped you out a bit!
cheers
