If it is within your budget and offers you all the features you are looking for, I think it is a good buy for a home-dj mixer. I have not read any real negative comments or reviews about it anywhere.
If you don't really need the effects, the sampler and 5-channels, then consider investing your money into better quality – both manufacturing and sound quality.

Garbage, save up and get a Rane, oe Denon x1500 if you need lotsa channels.
