Hi, i have a little problem on pioneer cdj 400 jog wheel. I bought two's about 2 weeks ago. I bought 1 new, and 1 second hand. New works just fine, but second one's jog wheel is harder to move. Can I can do something? Can dealers can do something (no warranty)?

It might be that there is some dirt/dust gotten into the mechanisme. A dealer should be able to determine if it's dirt or a malfunction. Most dealers here (in Netherlands) also have some technical division where you can get electronics repaired. How the situation is in your country, I don't know. What's your country ?

i know the problem, i have the same here in spain,

you can move the plastic ring left and right, but not moving the 'platter',

turn around the ring.. and you feel when it want to 'click' on the platter.. then Press the ring down with 2 hands.. and problem fixed Happy, laughing,

If so, return it to the dealer, that sounds like a warranty issue....
