i have been watching alot of videos of people mixing on their MPC's and whatnot and i really want to learn how to dj. i have no experience whatsoever other than my bass and my guitar. so please, help me out, where do i even begin? 


What do you think about where do i even start please help!!!! ??

If i would come to Seattle i want to teach you, But it's not next door you know.

But look a lot on the topic and forum and you will surely find where you are looking for...

Maybe you have someone in you neighbourhood who is a DJ. You should just visit him/her if you know about it.
And just look around on some forums and maybe webshops.

Video tutorials are very helpfull,

on youtube you can see a lot of movies from a dj tutor.
He has a site, Djtutor.com, u should chek it, i'm sure u will learn a lot from it.

Welcome. But what are MPC's?

How to start:
First you buy your DJ gear. Would you like a set up with PC or just two cd players, one DJ sound mixer, and headphones. Determine your budget.

Then you start practising beatmixing. Lots of tutorials on the internet. But if you have specific questions you can always ask here.
