ECLER owners

   

I have a question for ECLER owners...i just bought the Nuo 2.0 and I have a few knobw wich are loose,the move ,they wobble.The mixer is new.
The Master knob is loose and the knobs on the front pannel with curves ajustment.

Is that normal?
How are you ecler knobs on your mixer?

I have also a NUO 2 (not 2.0). I can wiggle my knops a bit but not that much that I should say it isn't normal.
My friend had a nuo 5 and it's the same feeling.
When I pull my knobs I can take them off which is 100% normal imo.
If it feels broken to you, I should go back to the store where you bought it..

I have a nuo 5 and the only knobs that wobble are the knobs from the effects panel.
The rest of them are strong, can't move them at all...
