Guys, I've bought a DJM 800 (Very good by the way if compared to my old 600) and when turning the Harmonic effect on, the Red Leds appear. Is there any difference in changing the Key when they are in red or green? Another thing, is that when I use the digital out, the sound comes out with a little distortion even if the Master don't get the Yellow area. I'm using 2x 800 MK2's and 2x 200's.
Thanks.

I've noticed that I didn't put this information in the DJM-800 dj topic, I've added the following that should clear things up :
The green LED light indicates that the key you've set with the rotary is set at a full note (C, D, etc). When the LED is RED, you've set it in between 2 notes. You'll always want the LED to light up GREEN.
How do you detect the 'distortion' ? As the digital signal is kept well below -12dB it's nearly impossible to get it distorted.
If your DJM-800 sound distroted on all outputs when you send the signal in at a normal level (and the recording is clean), you should bring your mixer back to service. The DJM should not distrot the sound in any way !
The distortion is like when the sound pass the "OVER" area, but it never got at there...Anyway, I'll go back to the store and try to change it or send to the repair service.
Yes, it's in all channels, even if the fader is on half length. No, only on the digital output. No, in the analog master it works fine. No, they work fine.
Yes, they're all turned off.

This time I can hear the distortion on the speakers, but to be sure about the quality I use my headphones that is connected to my Creative sound card (Mixer -> Sound card input -> output > headphones). And the level control was as 75% yet...Well, I think there is somebody going back to the store tomorrow.
After 1 month at the service (Where do they sent the mixer?) it came back to me. And after all, it's working fine! No more distortions, and like new again (it was in anyway =P). Now I can sell my 600 and start enjoying my new 800.
Thanks Lead!
