I don't care if it is French Tech, Hardstyle, Hardcore, Oldskool or Jump. I don't understand people who are satisfied with ordinary pop music. They just listen to whatever radio station decide they should like. Followed by a overkill of ringtone commercials ment for kids, and my god, they like it!
Some people even think that house clubs are for weirdo's only. Maybe there right. Maybe we are weird, maybe this music is weird and maybe the clubs are overrated. But we are in this together.
If you're in the scene, being a DJ seems like a natural path to follow. And back in de days DJ's were weird people who liked music in a weird way. Back then you have to be a nerd to become a DJ.
Nowadays everybody wants to be a DJ, Nowadays everybody wants to be that nerd. It sickens me! I hate those smart asses who think DJ is an easy way to get laid. Well, get a life! If your not in it for the love of the music, would you please fuck off!

Ja, maar het gaat toch om het eindresultaat.
ook al is het heel simpel gemaakt maar het klinkt tog heel vet dan wil je em toch ook draaien!
Je hebt ook kans dat bijvoorbeeld een track het heel slecht doet maar de remix ervan veeeeel beter,
dan kan je ook wel zeggen: waar zou de remixer de inspiratie toch vandaan hebben gehaald.
Als je dat niet serieus neemt dan valt de helft van alle muziek weg, namelijk hiphop/rap.
Daaar gaat het erom hoe je zoveel mogelijk kan opscheppen, er kwam op een feest een keer een proffesionele rapper langs en dan gaf kinderen rap les, hij zei dat 3/4 van het rappen opscheppen was!

Ik zie de relevantie van deze vergelijking totaal niet... Het ging me om de absurde teksten, en de schaamteloos gejatte tekst uit een goede house plaat. Maar dit is ook de reden dat ik gestopt ben met hardstyle draaien, een jaar of 5 terug (toen ik net begon) draaide ik nog wel eens hardstyle, maar nadat de 6e plaat met "Oh yeah, you are now rocking with the best" de hardstyle charts bestormde, was de nieuwigheid er wel vanaf.
Maar dit is allemaal niet zo ontopic...

Er zijn zoveel goede orginele hardstyle lyrics maar nog meer is zoals al eerder aangegeven goed gejat.
Maar in welk genre gebeurt dat niet.
Verder denk ik dat je song teksten nooit serieus moet nemen, het is als entertainment bedoeld.
Ook begrijpt men niet altijd de impact van de gebruikte "slang" teksten.

onzin, hardcore wordt net zo vaak vocaltjes uit geript. Daarbij komt dat een track niet op een vocal staat of valt
Ook bij house wordt veel gejat onderling, en opeens moet er overal een soort bubbeling inzitten.

Op grote feesten betekend dus dat er meer dan genoeg publiek nog voor is, voor de rest zal het mij geen zak uitmaken of het populair is of niet. Het gaat erom wat ik er zelf van vind. Toen house opeens steeds meer op tmf enzo kwam vond iedereen het opeens te gek, zelfde geld voor jump.
Bubbeling is een bepaald ritme, zit in veel tracks van hardwell bijvoorbeeld voor de rest ben ik niet zo thuis in artiesten namen binnen de house.
