My current DJ Setup. Sold my Pioneer DDJ-SX...
Now I found everything I was looking for with the Traktor/Xone92-Combination. Perfect mixture of Digital AND Analog Sound.
Highly recommend it!

Dav3 wrote on 15-09-2013 11:52Verry verry cool Booth! That's a dream booth for me

Princenroll wrote on 16-09-2013 18:26Thank you guys!! Yes, I use the Maschine in my live sets. There are quite a lot people out there who think that you need a second computer for that, but that's not true at all. You can use Maschine easily in the background of Traktor and sync the both via the midi-clock signal from Traktor.
Dolivieira wrote on 23-09-2013 08:20Nice booth. I try to do tahat my self to use my maschine in live sets with one computer. I have a mac with 2.7 gig 8mb ram but stil have some little pops in my sound. I use a DJM2000 as a sound card. can you tell me how i can set it up that i don't have that anymore.
Ywe wrote on 23-09-2013 12:09How do the MKII X1's work? Don't know if you are familiar with the MKI's, but are they any better?
Princenroll wrote on 23-09-2013 14:58Hey Ywe, I used two X1 MK1s before and didn't plan to upgrade until I was able to experience the differences in a shop here in Munich.
The differences are huge:
1. What I always didn't like about the MK 1 was, that you had to put the shift button in order to get to your Hotcues/Loops. Now you have them directly accessible in the front view AND you can push play/cue at the same time that didn't work before.
2. Although I was fimiliar with all the functions of the MK1, it had sort of too many buttons for my taste.
Now the workflow on the MK 2 is much more intuitive.
3. The small displays as well as the pitch touch stripe and the coloured buttons make it even more worthy to upgrade... very handy new features.
Cheers

Thias wrote on 18-10-2013 18:03Realy nice setup! How do you use your Maschine in your set?
Princenroll wrote on 20-10-2013 11:26The Maschine Software is running in the background on the same Macbook as Traktor is running being synced with Traktor's Master Clock. Using the sequencer and record function of Maschine I add percussions and beats as well as sound effects into the live sets on stage.
Ywe wrote on 21-12-2013 10:42Cool! I guess there is no need for me to update, since i use vinyl control and only use the hot cue section. And I like more then 4 cues on a page. Maybe a F1, and get more into sampling/looping
