Laidback Luke was born in Manila on the Philippines. Going out to parties inspired Laidback Luke. It was here that he got to know about 'dance floor energy'. Being a house music freak, Luke got influenced by MK, Todd Terry, DJ Pierre and Carl Craig. The urge to search for harder stuff came when he got confronted with Relief Records. He became a real fan of that funky hard Chicago sound. 16|Read More
Laurens, also known as Lawrenz, had just like everyone else, an early love for music. It started with playing the keyboard and listening to a lot of electronic music. This electronic music was mainly trance music. His keyboard skills improved with big steps, and after 1 year of lessons the keyboard didn’t have any secrets for him anymore. After playing both the piano and keyboard, he mainly focused on the piano. 2009 will be his 10th consecutive year of playing the piano at the music school, after which he will be attending lessons at the academy of music.Back to the electronic music: he started off with trance, and he dreamed about producing it. He started producing with a program which had a lot of synthesizer and drum loops, so the sound was a bit standard. But still, he made his tracks have a particular sound. Not very long after that, he started producing with software which had no limits. This happened around the same time he fell in love with house music; this subgenre became very popular in Holland. He started creating house music with this software, and, after a lot of practice, it sounded better than what he’d ever made. Just after this moment, he got himself two turntables, which he connected to his PC for vinyl control. His mixing skills gained a lot of good comments by his friends, and not a very long time later, he had his first gig. Nowadays, Laurens is producing with other DJ’s and producers like San Sebastian, Tiaro and Miquell Angello, and his tracks have gained support by other DJ’s. His residency at TotaalFM.com is also getting him known more and more. 1|Read More

His real name is Quirijn Smits, a 22 old dj/producer born in Oss. He started making dance tracks about 8 years ago and two years later he bought his first cdplayers, where he learned how to deal with the pitch fader. He played at small clubs and won several contests. After a break of like 2,5 years, it was the beginning of 2007 when his love for house music had grown so big that he just couldn’t stop playing it. He soon became resident b2b duo with dj Workshy in a club in Oss. After that, his name showed up at lineups next to dj's as Skitzofrenix, Quintino and Bassjackers. In the summer of last year he even played in Monvi Center Rovinj, Croatia. Besides cd’s he tries to combine it as much as possible with vinyl, to keep it alive. His style can be best described as mimal/house with deep grooves and lot’s of energy. Besides performing, he also picked up producing again and after great responses of dj’s like Laidback Luke, he focussed on it. His first release ‘History of House’, with a great vocal of Stanford will be a fact in the first weeks of 2009 (PM Deep). With lots of support of dj’s like Oliver Twizt, Dirtcaps, Youri Donatz, Apster, Milton Channels, Lucky Charmes, Jesse Voorn, Gfreaxx , this track is going to take over the clubs! It’s a dj to keep an eye on. 2|Read More
DJ Lead is listening to the name Jeroen Groenendijk and is born in Gouda/Holland. At the time when he was still wearing his dippers, he already moved his fingers as if he was holding a pitchfader. And in his youth he molested the turntable of his father. The vinyl-fever was already beginning....
On his 19th Lead started 'for real' when he bought his first set of turntables. It was from a brand called JB Systems (Disco 2000). These where belt-driven turntables. For starters this is an OK-turntable: They don't cost much but will give you the opportunity to exercise around. And when you're good at these turntables you've sure going to like SL's. Finally it's a bigger art to play a good set with this kind of turntables than to play a good set on SL's. As a mixer I found the JB-Systems Pro16x a good choise. Nothing much on it accept for 4 line faders, but that's all you need to learn the basics. When these budget-turntables didn't hold back any secrets anymore Lead was given the opportunity to play for real audience.
The first gig was a small party together with W.i.M for friends held in a local club in Gouda (The Groove). From January of 1994 was the beginning of the 4 years that Lead was a resident DJ of Locomotion on the famous 'HARDCORE FRIDAY's'. Every last Friday of the month this was the home base of a big gang of gabbers that went totally freaked out! 2 Years later, in 1996, Lead decided to buy 2 Technics SL-1200 and a Dateq mixer after DJing payed off.
In 2001 meant switching to Pioneer CDJ-1000's, and was always using the most current MK. When in 2006 the Pioneer DJM-800 was launched the Dateq had to move out. And in 1999 something changed. Lead was approached by Pioneer because they had a function free as the Dutch sales representative and Product Specialist for the Pioneer DJ products. After accepting the DJing went slow for a while because the job took to much of my free time.
But after 2 or 3 years doing it slow things are alive and kicking again. Because of the variety of records I've purchased throughout the years I have a wide collction and can play numourus styles. Some of them even changed of name over the years Early Hardcore, Oldschool, Classics, Trance and offcourse the modern styles like Hardstyle and Electro... Electro ??? That might sound weird but next to the pounding beats of the Hardstyle I also like Electro very much and have a wide range of tracks to play with. Read more in these site topics :

Gideon (Le Gidéon), geboren 06-08-1981 te Amersfoort.Even over mezelf....... Music & Passion is always my fasion! So......Prepared !!! Read More
Shared decks with: Jimmy Goldschmitz, Vertesse, Philip, The Twins, Jochem, Kenn Colt, Luca Barasii and many more!Ref. : Festa Belgica, Moulin Rock Festival '09/'10, Club Starlight, en veel lokale fuiven.
