cdj 200 digital out

i have a single rca cable plugged from the digital out of the cdj200 to the SPDIF input of an MAudio FW solo , but can hear anything. does the cdj 200 need to be tweaked for it to output through there?

Sneek@adrien & khont: he used a analog cable, you need to use an DIGITAL COAX CABLE! usually it has orange or yellow connectors.
I think that topic starter needed to make the proper settings. The digital input of a sound cart needs to be selected and activated before it can be used.
