Hi everybody 
I have always been interested in music and DJ-ism. After years of not playing my bass guitar I decided to sell the gear and order some stuff to become a bedroom DJ. In 2007 I intend to play around with the gear and get to know my favourite music better, so that after time I can perform at parties and maybe clubs. This will depend on the time that I can spend DJ-ing.
I ordered Pioneer DJM800 and two CDJ800's. The latter are in high demand though so it will take some time for them to be delivered.
My favourite kinds of music are all kinds of dance music of the past 30 years. Among other flavours, this includes trance, house, funk, disco, pop and soul.
I found this to be one of the most informative DJ sites, so I would like to join to exhange experiences and learn from eachother. Although that will be most one way traffic in first instance.
