Pioneer DJM2000 Error    

Hello friends. Recently, the following error has been seen in the djm 2000 mixer that I have used. Power Reset Please Init Error:0004 . Can you help me with this?

That is a very rare error, never came across it myself but I recall a procedure that might help.

You can try the following, if that does not work you can only bring it to a service center.

• Hold these buttons when powering on : INST FX NOISE + LINK CUE + CH2 CUE
• This launches the 'Checker Mode', should be shown on screen
• Hold these buttons for 2 seconds : MIDI + REMIX + MIX
• Checker Mode should now update, do not cause power failure during this
• Toggle power Off

Yeah. I tried that method. There is no problem while updating. When I turn it off and on again I get the same error again. But when I try again, the codes in the update are constantly changing and the device sometimes recovers according to the numbers in the update there.

There is something weird going on with that unit. You best bring it to a service centre or repair shop.

I do not think this is something you can fix yourselves if the above methode does not solve it ?

Ok I found a solution

Simply install a software update over it

Restart in test mode by hold these buttons when powering on :

INST FX NOISE + LINK CUE + CH2 CUE

Restart again and now it runns

This also works with error 0002
