well, that isn't a simply question....

If it is a good player is verry personal.

The prise/quality is verry good. Some people don't like the looks of this machine ( me included) but it works as it should works.

I don't have much experciense with it.

If I would say I don't like the looks of you're girlfriend you wouldn't like it, don't you. For some people their gear has the same emotional status as their girlfriend. Please keep that in mind

A lot of people think this player looks beautiful including myself. Here some nice pictures of this good looking cd turntable.

I plan to buy this (only the players) before the end of this year.

Strong points:
- looks great
- basic controls complies to industry standard set by CDJ-1000 including big jog
  dial
- user friendly sampler + onboard efx unit

For the record: those are not my pictures, but of other members, Stanton and Allen & Heath.

Indeed, as you know Ritchie Hawtin works together with Allen & Heath. This picture was taken in the booth of Allen & Heath at last years Messe Frankfurt in March.

seeing as i dont have much experience with them i'll only comment on winston's remark that they are good looking by saying that the Display looks very small to easily view the information you need; and i don't beleive that efficiency should be sacrificed for esthetics
Winston    posted on 25-07-2006 00:37
It's also my opinion that the display can be improved. According to Jorrit it's more difficult to read in daylight. Although I didn't hear the 3 booth owners complain about their display. But on the C.314 it only gets worse, because same size, but more MP3 information.

Hm? What do you mean with "efficiency?" If you meant quality, that's excellent compared to the price.
