Vergelijkbaar met een Pioneer effector ?

Waarom lees je dit nu eigenlijk ?
OK, wat wordt er geboden, ik kan wellicht 2 DNS3000 overkopen (serieus!), maar het zijn toch Denon's....
Die AirFX is leuk voor als je simpel creatief wilt zijn, de EFX bied namelijk iets midner effecten, maar deze zijn dan ook weer beter te bedienen en af te stellen. Voor mij was vooral de prijs belangrijk omdat ik het niet veel gebruik en simpel "on the fly" een effectje erin wil knallen.
nou, een cdj-800 zou leuk zijn, maar dat kan nog wel even duren voordat ik het geld bij elkaar heb.
Ga binnenkort (deze week nog) een nieuwe mixer kopen, daarna een nieuwe geluidsinstallatie...
en dan... misschien...

Jep, Synq smx-1 is het geworden!
Echt een geweldige mixer, was wel iets duurder als ik eerst in gedachten had, maar dan heb je ook wat!

Yeah... but there are lot of other things that will be added in September... to convert my vynil collection...
I decided to buy a technics M5G... that's the last turntable I will buy in my life so I decided to get the dopest one (that is a Technics) I could get... then the CD recorder (Tascam)... etc... etc...

) Hehehe, I use a Marantz Professional CD recorder for this purpose and that works very neat. The Marantz records on regular data- CD's, which are the cheapest you can find.... Not like most audio CD recorders that only record on the 'For Audio Use' discs..

Well, despite the fact that recording through your PC is less expensive, it seems to me that it will never reach the quality that you can get using an external burner... because the burner is built on that purpose therefore you're pretty sure to have a high quality AD (analog-digital) converter and you'll be able to edit your disk content at will in a professional way, you should also consider that all the necessary connectors are already there...
The inside of a computer is huge source of "noise" (non isolated electronic components) therefore you're loosing a lot in terms of S/N (Signal/Noise) ratio... (after all a computer hasn't been built on that purpose)
That's the reason why I'm 100% sure that you'll reach a better quality recording using a stand alone unit... (even if you're cleaning or normalizing what you did record on your PC with Soundforge or Cubase)
The bad side of it is that it's not for free

Could I suggest you to go an "real" Hifi store listen to one of those ?2000 belt drive turntable, connect your SL1200 and listen to the same record... I can garantee you that despite the fact that it isn't digital, you'll hear the difference... I know that DJ equipment isn't meant to be used as HiFi equipment... nevertheless I'm trying to reach the highest quality

I Use this program to, came with my CDJ800
and works, sounds great ! keep in mind only that you keep your input levels right www.everybeat.nl
Toch maar even een pic geschoten. Ik heb mijn mixer ingebouwd en de CDJ's in een hoek van 25 graden geplaatst (volgens Ian Jordan van Pioneer mocht dat max 30 zijn).

Ik heb gewoon naar Pioneer gemaild. Het was wel grappig hoe ze omgaan met vertalen. Ik melde wat ik van plan was en gaf aan dat ik de CDJ's in een hoek van 30 graden wou hebben. Daarbij vermelde ik dat het wel moest kunnen want je kon er immers mee op z'n kop scratchen (gezien in een filmpje). Daarna kreeg een vrouwtje de vertaling onderhande en die had geplaatst: This is a crazy wacko!
Er was namelijk vertaald dat ik ermee op z'n kop wou gaan scratchen.
hehehe, en dat is ook mogelijk.... scratchen zal niet het probleem zijn, mar zoals ik al zei, wel het EJECT-en van de discs.... maar onder zo'n kleine hoek gaat het goed hoor !

Klopt, dat zij Ian ook. Maar met de huidige 25 graden zal dat geen probleem zijn. En het werkt iets prettiger, ik kan mijn display goed aflezen en het staat wat netter.
