During the Musikmesse from 24 to 27 March 2010, Musikmesse and?
Elevator will present the first award for DJ equipment, the DJ Tools?
Award, which will go to the most popular DJ products in a variety of?
categories. Product users are invited to vote for their favourites online?
at www.dj-tools-award.de from 15 January to 15 March 2010. The?
three products with the most votes per category will then be viewed?
again by a jury of experts on the public day of the Musikmesse?
(Saturday, 27 March 2010) and the best products chosen as the?
winners of the various categories.

DJ equipment is currently undergoing an extremely interesting?
process of technical change. As a result of the digital revolution, DJs,?
musicians and producers have better opportunities than ever before?
to create music or work the turntables using outstanding technical?
facilities. Today, manufacturers of DJ equipment and software are?
fighting a neck-and-neck race to produce innovative products and?
functional variety. And DJs have an unparalleled choice of products?
and, therefore, creative possibilities for their sets. Now, the time has?
come to help them choose from the huge range of products on the?
market by singling out the best products for an award and, to be?
presented by the world?s biggest music fair and Germany?s biggestmail-order company for DJ equipment, the DJ Tool Award represents?

The presentation ceremony for the DJ Tools Awards will be held in?
the DJ Lounge of the Musikmesse Frankfurt, which adjoins the?
Elevator stand (Hall 5.1, B32), on Saturday, 27 March 2010, and will?
thus be aimed at both trade visitors and users.?
The manufacturers of the three products per category winning the?
online voting will have the opportunity to present their products to the?
expert jury and Musikmesse visitors. Thereafter, the jury will select?
the winning products.

Manufacturers of DJ products are invited to enter their products in the?
categories listed below by sending an e-mail to bewerbung@dj-tools-?
award.de by 31 December 2009. There is no limit on the number of?
products companies can enter per category.?
