i'm not really experienced with time code programs, but i've heard that serato & traktor are pretty good!
actually i've never heard of torq connectiv!
if you really want to know wich one is the best, you should go and try them out if there's a possibility!

Gilze-RijenTraktor scratch = serato scratch live.
If heard that Torq Conectiv isn't that stable as Serato, so i would go for Serato.
The just released a new interfaces: Traktor Scratch PRO

Sorry, in English: Traktor is made by Native Instruments and Serato by Rane. I don't know the exact differences. I think Serato can handle more players / tt's. I don't know Torq (yet).
