Judge this please

   

Been experimenting a bit with my new kit. I made this first try to go from one track to another:

Above and Beyond - Far From In Love (Oliver Smith Late Night Dub) --> Gusto - Disco's Revenge 2008 (Freemasons Dub)

What have i done..... waited till track one went into a part without bassdrum.... mixed in second part with bass and mids a bit back with starting point of the fader in the middle...... faded a bit towards this new track...... brought down bass of first track..... gave more mid and bass to second track and slowly faded all the way to second track.

Any tip / suggestion / note is welcome... i want to learn

What did I do here... mixed in second song with both bass and mids a bit back..... faded more towards second track...... removed more bass from first track and gave second track more bass and mids.... faded even further to 3/4 of fader...... after the lauch theme faded all the way to track 2...... just before bass kicked in I did a color fx filter sweep a quarter to high then back when bass came in

I only get like 2 kicks and it starts with a sweeping sound.
Guess something still is wrong.

lol very very weird...... I also tried the two laptops we have here and both play the two tracks complete....... I will try to make the files in other software......

Ok changed the link and remade the mp3's with Audacity........ the mp3's are ok now?

Ok a new try in mixing 2 tracks together.......
