The SE-DJ5000 is ideal for high -volume monitoring, with high sensitivity and high power input handling capabilities. The well-insulated and tightly closed structure captures delicate sounds and ensures dynamic reproduction.

The SE-DJ5000 has a push in shoulder pad to make single-ear monitoring easy, leaving both your hands free to get on with the job. Because of the height of the shoulderpad it's very easy to push it to your ears with your shoulder. The earpad is replaceable when it's used for a long time it might get dirty or lost.

Housing Rotation/Reverse Rotation Mechanism and Foldable Design
The housing is capable of both rotation and reverse rotation, for one-ear monitoring. It can be folded too, for easy carrying and storage.

Curl-wire with clip
The wire that connects the headphones to your mixer is almost 3 meters long in full-stretched length. The first 2 meters are curled so this will prevent you from struggling or stepping on your cable. The inclulded clip comes in very handy when you hook this clip to your pants. When walking away from your mixer to grab the next CD or record it prevents you from being pulled to the mixer by the curl-wire. The force now comes to the clip that's hooked up with your pants and not to your neck, where the SJ-DJ5000 is. Also when your ready with your set and want to walk away to the toilet or exit you can use the clip to put in the plug of the SE-DJ5000 so you prevent your cable from being pulled out or getting messed up.

Stereo / Mono Switch
On the side of the left earpad the SE-DJ5000 has a mono/stereo switch. This feature comes in handy when you're playing music that has (for example) a melody panning from left to right. It then is quit hard to listen to the real tempo of the track. When you put the Stereo/Mono switch to the MONO position, you will hear the same signal in the left adn the right side and can set the tempo more accurate.
